PREPARATION
Add ice to the shaker, using the jigger pour the measured ingredients and shake for 10 seconds. Rim the margarita glass with powdered cinnamon, pour Penca Larga Natural Pulque and garnish with a cherry.

PREPARATION
Add the kiwi to the rimmed glass with colored sugar; use the jigger to add vodka, Midori, and apple nectar.
Muddle with the help of the muddler for 10 seconds. Add two or three ice cubes and top up with Penca Larga Piña Colada Flavored Pulque.

PREPARATION
While Tequila, coconut cream, and Penca Larga Natural Pulque are blended until frothy, add the lemon juice in a stream.
Serve in a martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

PREPARATION
Add Penca Larga Guava Flavored Pulque and the other ingredients to the shaker, lightly muddle them with the muddler; add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Rim the glass with red-colored salt and sugar, strain and serve using a lter, and garnish with a slice of guava.

6 oz Penca Larga Guava Flavored Pulque

PREPARATION
Add two or three ice cubes to the glass, and place sliced red berries, use the jigger to pour the measure of gin and gently stir with the bar spoon. Top up with Penca Larga Guava Flavored Pulque and go again.
